Van Vlastuin Agro was founded by H. van Vlastuin in 1982. That year he started an agricultural contracting firm which served third parties. We are talking about sowing, ploughing, chopping/cutting and ground work. The service was expanded by the addition of transport in 1988. The first truck was purchased and more transport units followed. The company was granted 'single authorisation' in 1991 which made our field of operation international. Since carriage in bulk quickly became more specialised we bought our first tipper trailers in 1993. The carriage in bulk of, in particular, agricultural products, animal feed materials and peat, has been our speciality since 1995. Our fleet was expanded with the addition of walking floor trailers in 1998. Van Vlastuin Agro has been GMP certified for many years now. We are strongly focussed on the strict protocols for the transportation of agricultural goods. And, of course, we do the same with products for human consumption, such as cacao, rice, spelt, etc.
